For some reason Google has decided to de-index and basically de-platform this site. If you google sites like Porn Hub and even fucking Pirate Bay, those get top results, but film trauma, which was #1 for over 10 years, has now vanished from google searches. Even our social media accounts are blocked. Guess we’re worse than porn and illegal downloads. Fuck you google, you suck.

Our first boutique VHS release of the throwback 80s slasher Blood Creek Woodsman is now available. Only 25 units signed and numbered by director Joe Sherlock. We are busy at work shooting our next original feature, working title "Haunted Woods" and just finished a pretty nasty gore scene. The expressions 80s throwback and grindhouse are tossed around quite a bit today with most modern filmmakers having no idea what that really means, so we won't say that. What we will say is the production and pre-production on this project have been long and lengthy with the script going through many changes and re-writes in hopes of giving you, the viewer, something worth your time.

Here at film trauma we're busy at work on our next original feature, a backwoods slasher called "Haunted Woods". This is the working title and of course could change. The script is pretty crazy and production has already started. Details are going to remain under wraps for now, but we'll update you as we go. What we can say is this movie is pretty disturbing and delivers the goods.

One night during an attempted prison break the convicts are gunned down and buried in the prisons garden, only to return from the dead as flesh eating zombies who take revenge on the cops that put them down.

CORPSE EATERS: color - 1974 - 61 min. Thought lost, this Canadian film starts out in a morgue then via flashback introduces us to two guys and two girls who get bored after a day in the sun, and decide a black mass in the cemetery is the best solution. After speaking the incantation the zombies rise up from the cemetery and attack the group, ripping them to pieces. This leads to a crazy twist ending you will not believe. Sold Out

Film trauma announces the launch of Film Trauma Retro, a new branch of our existing brand that is geared towards releasing classic titles on the vintage format, VHS to be exact. With the VHS collectors market growing and our love of all things of the past it seemed like a perfect fit. The titles released under this brand will be geared towards the serious collector and come packaged with loads of extras created specifically for these releases. Packaging will reflect the original 1980s style of art and design. Every attempt to re-create the feeling of those forgotten rental tapes of the past will be included, from retro style art on the covers, to warning and genre labels. We loved renting those tapes back in the 80s and we want to recapture that nostalgia.
